Pulling a Billy Madison

So I put that on FB last week and while some people were wondering what it meant, only my Mom was honest enough to ask....? I know a woman in her 60's on FB and not knowing who Billy Madison is? Well she's seen Happy Gilmore so that definitely counts for something right?

Anyways, I'm heading back to college, the economy sucks, lack of jobs, and I'm tired of the golf course. There's a good government program that's helping with funding and I apparently qualify, so look there's me on the school bus in the new year! yay

Ok, so I was working at a golf course for the past 2.5 years... happy times and all of that yadda. Now I've decided not to go back and pursue that as a career, rather try something different yet again!

This will make 4 changes? Let's see after college there was retail for 3 years, then transportation off and on for almost 8 years, construction for a year, call centre for 2, and lastly the golf course for 3..... geez that's a lot of change. Why leave the golf course? No benefits, seasonal work, rarely get weekends off, don't get to golf when I want to.... that enough for me to look elsewhere.

So I'm taking the next week or so and exploring different career options, besides reffing and little side jobs as always.
